Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: October 21, 2026

This policy is for residents of Washington State, Nevada and other places with consumer health data laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect

• Body measurements: weight, goal weight, height, body fat percentage, weigh-ins.
• Health conditions you choose to share, medications that affect appetite or blood sugar, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status.
• Nutrition and diet information: food diary, allergies, food rules, eating pattern, fasting window, activity and training.
• Calorie and macro targets calculated from the above, including targets from your care team.

Where it comes from

From you, when you answer onboarding questions, edit your profile, or log food and weight. We calculate targets from it.

Why we collect and use it

Only to provide the features you ask for: calculating targets and safety guardrails, logging, AI meal suggestions that respect your allergies and food rules, and progress check-ins. We don't use it for advertising and don't sell it.

Who we share it with

• Supabase (our database and server host) stores it on our behalf.
• Anthropic (AI recipe generation) receives your allergies, food rules, dislikes, eating style and the nutrition targets for the meal you ask for, without your name, email, account ID, weight or health conditions.

We don't share consumer health data with advertisers, including Google AdMob, or with anyone else, except as required by law.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data and see it (Profile → Export my data), delete it (edit your profile, or Profile → Delete account), and withdraw consent (remove the information or delete your account). To make a request or appeal a decision, email support@macrocnx.app. If we deny an appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
